Thank you 2U for making our first show a great success! It was hot down there on the Goodspeed Green! And thank you to all who showed up, enjoyed the good show, good food and an awesome breeze.
Our next show promises to be just as good! Please send good energy that the rain will stay away so we can all enjoy Riverside down on the green. A beautiful way to enjoy a summer night down by the Connecticut River - see you there!

ReplyDeleteThe majority of Music on the River followers missed a fantastic concert by the band "Riverside" last night. Bad weather forecast (in both senses of the word!) forced the concert to take place indoors, where the few attendees were treated to a selection of music ranging from America; Crosby,Stills & Nash and The Beatles (to name a few). The band nailed each song, particularly the close harmonies. I hope (and request) that the MOTR committee, afford this talented local band the opportunity to play to the larger audience (that they so deserve) by inviting them to participate in the program next year
ReplyDeleteWhat a gyp!! This was a great concert-too bad it moved inside on what turned into a beautiful night. Riverside definitely deserves another booking-down by the River!!
